Ⅰ. What’s your warranty policy?

1. “7 days” policy: the product from the day that received by customer within 7 days, for factory failure the consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair.
2. “15 days” policy: the product since the day sold within 15 days, the occurrence of factory failure the consumers can choose to replace or repair.
3. “2 years” policy: within 2 years warranty period, for non-man-made damages we will provide repair solutions and necessary parts to solve the problem.
4. “Perpetual” policy: after the 2-year warranty period, for damages we will analyze the cause and provide solutions. We can also help the customer to purchase spare parts for repair.

Ⅱ. What’s your MOQ?

1-2 samples for test is available, small qty by EXW and bulk order by FOB Shenzhen.
*Some special products MOQ is 500 units, for more information please consult the sales specialist.
MOQ for print branding logo, boot logo, custom box and user manual etc please consult the sales specialist.

Ⅲ. What’s your lead time?

Samples:  5-7 working days.
50-100 units: 10-12 working days.
300-500 units: 16-18 working days.
More than 1k units is 22-25 working days.
*The simpler function of the product, the faster lead time, for specific lead time please consult the sales specialist.

Ⅳ. What’s your OEM & ODM services?

OEM: we can provide services of print branding logo, boot logo, custom box and user manual etc.
ODM: we can accept the entrustment from the purchaser to provide from research and development, design, production, post-maintenance of all services

Ⅴ. What’s your payment mothod?

Samples: Paypal, Credit card, Western Union and T/T.
Bulk order: T/T (30% in advance + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight.
For special VIP customers can support DA, DP and OA.
